Sources close to Ciara and Russell confirmed that a few years ago, the singer-songwriter added Wilson to the name of Future Zahir, aka Future Jr. Future Sr.’s last name, Wilburn, is still part of his legal name. Russell Wilson shared a photo that called Future Zahir “Future Wilson,” sparking speculation that he had officially adopted him. Ciara has full custody of her son with Future and has been married to Russell since 2016, with whom she shares three children.
