Operating every summer, these appointment-only clinics provide no-cost routine immunizations, school physicals, and Florida DH-680 immunization record transfers—all essential for meeting school enrollment requirements.
Led by Project LINK in partnership with the Back to School Coalition of Hillsborough County, the clinics serve uninsured and Medicaid-enrolled students ages 5–18 who are entering kindergarten, 7th grade, or new to the Hillsborough County Public or Charter School system.
