It took a minute to catch on, but now that it has it doesn’t seem to be slowing down as Lime and Spin are set to deliver 900 new scooters to the City of St. Pete. The new scooters will have advanced features such as GPS, speed limits capped at 15 miles per hour, geo-fencing, and area restrictions to enhance safety and compliance.
