Doggy daycare owner arrested after hidden camera found in bathroom

59-year-old Donald Hemphill, who owns Dog Dayz Inn in New Smyrna Beach, has been arrested and charged with 10 counts of digital voyeurism and 11 counts of video voyeurism of a child after employees found a hidden camera installed in an electrical outlet in the bathroom.

Videos on the camera showed females in different stages of undress. One of the victims recorded was a child. None of the victims knew they were being recorded.

He is currently being held in the Volusia County Branch Jail with no bond.
