22-year-old Silas Sampson, the driver in the deadly Nov 8 accident that killed four and injured 13 in Ybor City, now faces 36 more charges. His toxicology results from the night of the crash confirmed his blood alcohol level was above the legal limit and that he had marijuana in his system at the time.

- 4 counts, fleeing to elude at a high speed resulting in serious bodily injury or death
- 3 counts, reckless driving with serious bodily injury

- 10 counts, DUI with property damage or injury
He is still being held without bond.
