37-year-old Mandolyn Ann Shaffer-Brockwell was arrested and booked into jail for battery, aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer, and burglary after she allegedly punched a pregnant woman, attacked an older woman, and bit a policer officer while being arrested during a road rage incident caught on video. The incident happened in Orlando on February 23rd.
