This one is rocking the city of Lakeland this morning as Rex Honors III has been charged with killing his 14-year-old brother Rex Honors IV back in 2018. Lakeland police made the announcement at a press conference Wednesday morning.
Honors III reportedly confessed to shooting his brother and said a 16-year-old witness was in the home on the night of the incident.
