Reggae legend Shaggy headlines Universal Orlando’s upcoming Mardi Gras concert line up. The International Flavors of Carnival runs Feb. 7 through April 4. Mardi Gras will also feature a parade, dishes inspired by flavors from around the world and other live entertainment.
Shaggy headlines the celebration on March 7th.
