Big shout out to the team over at Creative Loafing for this working list of restaurants that are stepping up to help families that have lost their SNAP benefits because of the government shutdown.
The restaurant types and the specials vary, but the meaning is the same across the board. All of these places are stepping up to help their neighbors here in the Bay that are going through a bit of a rough time right now.
