Tampa Bay ZIP code among most popular places to relocate to in America

According to a study by MovingPlace, Land O’Lakes’ 34637 led all U.S. ZIP codes in year-over-year ranking increases. Over the past year, the ZIP code has risen 1,527 places, MovingPlace said.

“The area’s combination of newer communities, larger homes, and proximity to Tampa’s employment hubs has made it increasingly attractive to families and professionals. Continued development in Pasco County has positioned Land O’Lakes as one of Florida’s fastest-growing suburban markets,” MovingPlace said.
