WNBA star Brittney Griner co-founded Zennjet, a travel membership company offering insurance and legal assistance for travelers carrying prescription drugs, including medical cannabis. Griner’s motivation stems from her own detainment in Russia in 2022 for possessing cannabis oil. Zennjet provides destination-specific rules, translation assistance, legal guidance, and repatriation services for travelers. Griner emphasizes the importance of research and education to avoid similar situations when traveling with prescription medication.
