Chris Brown to appear in court charged with grievous bodily harm

Chris Brown was denied bail by a British judge and ordered to be held in custody as he faces charges related to an incident at a London nightclub in 2023. The R&B singer allegedly struck music producer Abe Diaw with a tequila bottle. Brown was arrested in Manchester, England, and faces one count of causing grievous bodily harm. Judge Joanne Hirst ordered that Brown be held until his next hearing on June 13th in London, jeopardizing his scheduled 20th anniversary tour of the UK and Europe set to begin on June 8th in Amsterdam.
