Gia Giudice Reveals She Got a Nose Job

Teresa Giudice's oldest daughter, Gia, announced on Instagram she recently had a nose job.

The 19 year old wrote, “yes I got a nose job. Yes I’m swollen.”

She thanked the doctor who performed the surgery and also said, “I am an adult now, this has been an insecurity of mine for awhile and I’ve never been happier and so comfortable in my own skin.”
