Reportedly, R. Kelly and his legal team have submitted legal documents requesting that the U.S. Supreme Court overturn his sex convictions.

His attorney contends that the Protect Act’s extended statute of limitations does not apply to the allegations against Kelly because the behavior for which he is currently serving time occurred in the 1990s, but the PROTECT Act was not implemented until 2003.

In the next few months, the Supreme Court will determine whether to consider Kelly’s appeal.

What do you think will be the decision?
