The NFL has fined the Atlanta Falcons $250,000 for a phone prank on Quarterback Shedeur Sanders during the draft. Defensive coordinator Jeff Ulbrich was also fined $100,000 because his son was involved in the call to Sanders. The prank involved a friend of Ulbrich’s son pretending to be the General Manager of the New Orleans Saints and telling Sanders he would be picked 40th overall. Sanders was later selected 144th by the Cleveland Browns. Shedeur Sanders, son of Deion Sanders, had an excellent college season but was drafted much later than expected. Deion Sanders is a former NFL player and current coach of the Colorado Buffaloes.
