Join us Saturday, February 1, 2026, from 8 AM to 12 Noon for a free, family-friendly celebration of health, culture, and fun, where health, heritage, and community come together! Enjoy fitness activities, music, health screenings, food demos, and more, all supporting type 2 diabetes prevention.
Registration is free, and participants can purchase a custom bib and event tee to support our community outreach, including Fit Futures, a youth program that provides run coaching, nutrition guidance, and mentorship for kids ages 6–15. The goal is simple and urgent: help young people build healthy habits early and stop the rising trend of type 2 diabetes in our community’s children.
