All of the screenings are free. Use the QR code to register for both the Lung screening and the
Mammography. The available services include Moffitt’s Head & Neck Oncology Program (head and neck),
Moffitt’s Mobile Lung Unit (lung), 3D Mobile Mammography (breast), Moffitt’s Mole Patrol (skin), and the
Mo-Bull Nurse Medical Clinic (cervical).
