If you are from the State of Florida or have lived here for some time then you have heard of the group 2 live crew. Uncle Luke, Brother Marquis, Fresh Kid Ice and Mister Mixx. Brother Marquis, died at the age of 58 on Monday June 3, 2024 according to his family. 2 Live crew became famous after releasing their “As Nasty and They Want To Be” with the lead single Me So Horny. This caused lawmakers to to label the group obscene causing the group to be arrested after shows. Luke took the case to the court of appeals and the group was cleared of all charges. Uncle Luke posted on IG that “Mark Ross AKA ' Brother Marquis of the 2 Live crew has went to the upper room, alongside an image of him. Uncle Luke went on to say that “The Brother Marquis that I know, would want us to celebrate his life (and) that’s exactly what I’m gonna do. R.I.P My Brother. No cause of death has been made known as of now.
