22-year-old Silas Sampson of Dade City made his first court appearance yesterday. He’s accused of speeding into a crowd of people outside of Bradley’s on 7th in Ybor City late Saturday night. Four people have died and 13 more were injured.
He was charged with four counts of vehicular homicide and four counts of fleeing police resulting in serious injury or death. Authorities say more charges are possible.
