An 8 year old girl in Bedford, Ohio is home safe now but not after giving her family a scare. They reported her and the family car missing on the morning of Sept 15th. With a little investigation and some footage from a neighbor’s ring cam, they realized that the little girl had taken the family car for a drive on her own. She was later found at Target where police let her finish her Starbucks order. Oh, and she was too young to be arrested according to police.
