Arrest made in fatal Ybor City road rage shooting

31-year-old Jose Moreno Cobo was arrested last night and charged with the murder of Dedrick “DJ ShyGuy” Sykes last Friday night in Ybor City.

Cobo had originally claimed self-defense for the shooting.
