Body cam video released of man hit by car after being tased by Tampa police

TPD has released the video of 35-year-old Zachary Groff who had been detained after he was suspected of a burglary that happened earlier in the day.

He was hit by a car and died after he broke away from TPD, was tased and fell into oncoming traffic. The driver of the car stayed on the scene and is cooperating with the investigation.
