Attorneys for Baker Mayfield filed the suit in U.S. District Court on Nov. 22nd. The lawsuit alleges that the Camwood Capital Management Group (owned by Mayfield’s dad James W. Mayfield) and its subsidiaries failed to hold up their end of a settlement agreement, which outlined a repayment plan for more than $12 million to Mayfield. Baker’s brother Matt also has a stake in the company.
