Diddy’s started his appeal ...here’s 5 things you should know

If you thought Diddy was just gonna take his jail sentence laying down, you might want to think again. His defense team just launched his appeal and here’s five things that you should know about where the case is now.

1 - Thirteenth Juror - “Attacking The Sentence” - Arguing that the judge acted as a 13th juror during the case.

2 - No Guilty Means Not Guilty - Arguing that the sentence doesn’t fit the verdict.

3 - Prostitution or Pornography? - Challenging the verdict.

4 - Diddy’s legal team is now being led by “appelate ace” Attorney Alexandra Shapiro.

5 - This is only the beginning of a long process that could take months.
