The actual election day for the District 5 Special Municipal Election isn’t until Tuesday 9/9/25, but early voting starts today and goes through Sun 9/7/25.

All Hillsborough County voters registered in District 5 may cast their ballot at any of the following early voting locations:
- C. Blythe Andrews, Jr. Public Library: 2607 E Dr. MLK, Jr. Blvd., Tampa, FL 33610
- Fred B. Karl County Center: 601 E Kennedy Blvd., Tampa, FL 33602
- Robert L. Gilder Elections Service Center: 2514 N Falkenburg Rd., Tampa, FL 33619
- West Tampa Branch Library: 2312 W Union St., Tampa, FL 33607
All locations are open 10a - 6p according to the votehillsborough.gov website.
This is the seat that became open with the sudden passing of Councilwoman Gwendolyn Henderson back in June.
