Hall of Famer Warren Sapp is suing the City of Tampa, claiming his First Amendment rights were violated. This comes after police removed him from City Hall during a city council meeting on Sept. 17.
His lawsuit claims city officials had him removed when he was just trying to get paperwork. City officials say that he was being disruptive.
