Brianna Moore, the former University of Tampa student accused of throwing her baby in a dumpster back in November 2024, has been released on $250,000 bond. Her attorneys had tried to get her bond reduced to $100,000 but the judge denied that motion.
She is charged with aggravated manslaughter of a child, child neglect with great bodily harm, failure to report death, and unlawful storage of human remains. Her trial is set to start in November.
