Mariah Carey is celebrating the 20th anniversary of her hit album “The Emancipation of Mimi” with special releases on this Friday May 30. The album will be available in a 2LP version for 38.98 and a five-LP vinyl box set for 249.98. The box set will include all the tracks from the original album, plus 21 bonus tracks, remixes, collaborations, instrumentals, acappella takes, live recordings, and more. Carey expressed her excitement about the release, stating, “Forgotten gems, unreleased bonus tracks, and different remixes with incredible collaborators – all of these and more are now available in one place for the first time ever!” Ahead of Friday, she released Mariah Carey Live: The Mimi Sessions, a 10-minute set, with Daniel Moore on piano, features songs from The Emancipation of Mimi.
