Federal agents and Pinellas County deputies busted a major Sinaloa Cartel ring operating out of Texas and Florida. According to investigators, over $2 million in cocaine was seized and 10 suspects have been arrested. Those arrested include a top cartel boss.
Daniel Pinales was arrested on July 11th with 60 kilos of cocaine according to Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri. He remains in jail on a $10.1 million bail and faces a mandatory minimum sentence of life in prison.
