The Manatee County School District has a program to develop talented educators and help pay for your degree. The program will help paraprofessionals complete their bachelor’s degrees. Once you become an accredited teacher with the Manatee County School District, your pay will be around 60K. Applications will open in late August, and five to 10 people will be accepted into the program. Those who are accepted and enroll in the program must remain with the Manatee County School District for a total of three years after completing their degree.
