Bucs star wide receiver Mike Evans has confirmed through his agent Deryk Gilmore that he will be back for a 13th season. That announcement also came with an asterisk; meaning that where he will play is yet to be determined.

What we know now is that Mike will be talking to the Bucs and that they could come to an agreement on a contract extension at any time. If he wants to talk to other teams, the free agent negotiating period begins March 9th at 12p ET. The earliest he could officially sign with another team is March 11th.

Baker Mayfield weighed in with his thoughts a couple of weeks back while talking to Bucs legend Ronde’ Barber on “The Ronde’ Barber Show”.
