Over 2,000 products (food, beauty products, drugs & more) recalled because of rodent waste

Popular brands like Cheerios, Skittles, and Pringles have been recalled after the FDA found rodent and bird contamination at a Gold Star Distribution facility.

The company said it was recalling the products due to the “presence of rodent and avian contamination.” The affected products were distributed to stores in three states: Indiana, Minnesota and North Dakota. A specific list of the retailers can also be found here.

A full list of the products affected can be found here.

It is recommended that consumers and retailers who purchased the affected products should destroy the products as soon as possible.

Gold Star Distribution said it will provide full refunds upon request.
