Netflix made a cast announcement yesterday for a new “Squid Game” competition series starring eight celebrity “VIPs”. It’s called “Squid Game: The VIP Challenge”. The VIPs are Ryan Serhant from ”Owning Manhattan", NBA star and Khloe Kardashian’s ex, Tristan Thompson, Spice Girl Mel B, content creator Kristy Sarah, Kim Zolciak of the “Real Housewives of Atlanta”, “Bachelor” Nation’s Hannah Godwin, Dylan Efron from “The Traitors” and “Dancing with the Stars” and Viper from “Squid Game: The Challenge” Season 2, who won a fan vote. They’ll have to, quote, “step into the high stakes game and put their wit, strategy and skillset to the ultimate test.” There isn’t a release date yet. Netflix just says it’s “coming soon”.
