51-year-old Nathan Brown is accused of running over 49-year-old Candice Roberts twice while she slept in an alley. The incident happened early Saturday morning and according to an arrest affidavit a bystander warned Brown that people were sleeping in the alley before the incident occurred.
The affidavit also says that Brown ran over her twice. He has been charged with leaving the scene of a crash involving death and has been released from jail on a $50,000 bond.
