I’m pretty sure that the lines will be long, but if you’re still trying to get sandbags ahead of Hurricane Milton, the Himes Avenue Complex located at 4501 S Himes Avenue and Al Barnes Park, located at 2902 N 32nd Street, (both in Tampa) will be open from 7a - 1p today. You can also grab free tarps while they last.
